After two years of anticipation and hard work, we are thrilled to announce the launch of Sageseas! This exciting idea has finally become a reality, and we couldn't be more excited to share it with you.
During the trials on yachts, we received an overwhelmingly positive response. Captains found the evaluation reports to be incredibly useful, providing valuable insights that helped them make informed decisions. The onboard workshops were also well received, leadership morning sessions for Captain and HODs and in the afternoon culture club for all crew - fostering a positive crew culture and promoting wellbeing and unity among team members.
We are delighted to see how Sageseas has positively impacted the onboard dynamic, creating an environment where everyone feels heard and valued. The feedback from crews has been inspiring, they appreciated the external input, support and tools provided by Sageseas.
